Refund Policy

Arluna Boutique refund / exchange policy has a timeframe of 14 days from purchase. After 14 days we no longer offer refunds or exchanges on any orders. We only accept refunds or exchanges for faulty items or incorrect sizing, we do not accept returns on sale items. Under no other circumstances will refunds or exchanges be granted for the above, change of mind, decision that you no longer like the product or have no use for it.

To return your product, email arlunaboutique@outlook.com. Include details of order as well as reason for return. A member of our customer service team will provide you return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and that safe return of merchandise.

Purchases

When checking out you must provide correct contact and shipping details to ensure a smooth delivery process. If any details have been entered wrong please email us at: arlunaboutique@outlook.com to rectify this issue before postage. However if this occurs after postage Arluna Boutique will not be responsible for costs incurred for resending order to the correct address.

Shipping

Once your order has been place we try our hardest to post it as soon as possible. You can expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 days. We use Australia post for all our orders with tracking to ensure you are always updated on your order arrival. We ship Australia Wide with regular post or express post shipping options.

We offer GPay, shop pay, Afterpay, credit / Visa and Apple Pay options for your shopping convenience.
